Extensive services in company-owned technical centres

The auto terminals provide vehicle manufacturers with a variety of technical services. The vehicles are subjected to the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) in the VPCs (Vehicle Processing Centres) before being delivered to the car dealers. This inspection involves cleaning, careful examination and, if necessary, also technical processing of the vehicles. All work processes are IT-controlled and are subject to certified quality standards.
The Bremerhaven auto terminal offers the most extensive range of services including washing and de-waxing, quality controls, installation of special equipment and accessories (e.g. leather seating, air conditioning, navigation systems), technical modifications (e.g. conversion to LPG), as well as the processing of individual client wishes or special series (e.g. special paintwork).
With over 500,000 vehicles a year, the technical centre at the Bremerhaven auto terminal is the largest car workshop in Europe.
