Factory logistics describes extensive logistical processes which take place directly at the respective company of the automobile manufacturer. This includes receipt of goods, storage, order picking, sequencing, internal transportation and line feeding. As part of this special logistics, BLG also attends to container management and management of spare parts warehouses.
