Strategic and operative HR work

The Human Resources area of the BLG LOGISTICS GROUP is responsible for looking after all workers in the BLG companies (excluding Eurogate).

Strategic HR work, including looking after managerial staff and the associated dealings with co-determination committees, is the holding’s job.

Operative HR work in the companies takes place directly on site.
