Staff development is of particular importance in an expansive company which must deal with permanently changing, diverse customer requests. This particularly applies given the demographic development.

The staff development area of the holding thus deals with all issues of strategic staff development focused on corporate objectives. These are both basic issues of operational training, and the recording and further development of existing potentials, as well as the opening up of new human resources on the market, for example through programmes for developing young managers.
