The Staff Marketing area of the BLG LOGISTICS GROUP
Staff marketing as an effective recruitment tool
The area of staff marketing serves to ensure the company is supplied with qualified, motivated workers in the long-term. Staff marketing is aimed at existing and potential workers/applicants, which is why we distinguish between internal and external staff marketing.
While internal staff marketing is largely derived from the business principles, and components such as employee loyalty through incentive systems, effective staff development and corporate identification are the main priority, external staff marketing focuses on acquiring new employees.
Apart from the classic presence on apprenticeship markets or at job fairs, means of increasing popularity through permanent co-operations with schools and universities, a diverse range of trainee, graduand and graduate positions, as well as certification and awards processes through chambers and associations, such as the “Beruf und Familie” joint project, are increasingly being employed.
