Automotive logistics in Spain
The BLG subsidiary BLG Logísticas Soluciones Integradas España SLU was established in December 2008. BLG Logistics performs for Mercedes Benz the entire logistics chain supply of the production plant in Fuzhou, China.
In Fuzhou are produced the model series VITO and VIANO for the Asian market. Most of the supply is carried out by the Spanish site in Vitoria-Gasteiz. BLG Logistics schedules and repacks on an area of 3500 m² car parts of all European suppliers into special proprietary load carriers, stores them optimally into shipping containers and sends the parts to China according to the Customer’s needs.
